Only Regular Exercising Guarantees Good Results


You would be surprised to know that many doctors believe it is best not to exercise at all rather than do it absolutely irregularly. Physical exercises that are not done regularly do not give benefits one expects.

Doctors claim that regular working out is a healthy was of living. But not everyone can find time to practice sports. It is very important to find time for you, because even exercising randomly, one can gain weight. Such exercising can even be the cause for various injuries, e.g. ankle sprain, tendon strains, lower back pain and so on.

In order to keep shape one must work out regularly. Usually those who used to work out a lot, but suddenly stopped doing it, tend to gain weight soon afterwards and then face difficulties losing those extra pounds. Only exercising frequently and systematically one can maintain good shape and positive results.

Usually those who practice sports regularly tend to overcome the problems of overweight. To lose weight our bodies have to use burn out lots of energy, that is calories than we get from food. Of course very often after the training people feel hungry and consume lots of food which general doesn’t help losing weight. Therefore sports go along with good diet.

Exercising doesn’t only help not to gain weight. An active way of living reduces the risk of heart problems, cardiovascular diseases. If you don’t move a lot, the body becomes covered with fat which sometimes can even be the cause for diabetes hypertension. A recent research in the USA showed that women, who practice sports, have a smaller risk of cancer compared with women who are not active. It is not yet clear why sports reduce the risk of cancer, but it might have to do with a little body weight, better immune system and hormones. Besides, after the physical exercising everyone is in a better mood and feels energetic. Keep in mind that sports doesn’t help if a woman doesn’t sleep enough.

Those who want to start exercising for better health must start slowly. For example, if one goes to the gym, he/she should choose the lower intensity group exercise classes or small weight equipment and increase the intensity and weights little by little. Those who practice at home should also be aware of certain rules. Riding a stationary bike or slow running on the track is a very good warm up for the hole body which afterwards followed by the body stretch. We normally inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Since no one’s around to instruct, you should always check your pulse manually or with the cardio trainer computer. If you cannot maintain a conversation while running, it means you are running too fast and you should slow down the intensity.

Various exercises are aimed at toning different parts of the body. Before doing them at home read some material on it, favorably with pictures or video. It is best though to consult a professional in the gym before starting any exercise.
